RL02 Spinup Failure

I removed the terminator from my cable that goes from the PDP-11 to the RL02 drive. For some reason, this lets it work. So, I tried loading a cartridge.

After about 30-40 seconds the fault light re-appears. I'm not quite sure why, but according to the manual it looks like it's due to a "Spin up error".
